Terry found inspiration through the studies of many great artists and teachers.Terry is an artist of multiple medias. His art has taken many forms over the years. The beginning works consisted mostly of painting and sculpting. His creativity later extended to poetry and the art of controlled force “Martial Arts”. Terry found great passion in the studies of martial arts and eventually became a master instructor, owning a school whose students competed at a world class championship level. Terry has a huge appreciation for the arts. His positive outlook and inner energy has led him to discover the fine art of woodturning and glassblowing. The enormous assortment of beautiful woods and a very creative imagination has brought Terry to sustained efforts and endless possibilities. In addition, Terry attended an apprenticeship under glass artist, Jason Lawson and study wood turning from world renowned wood artist David Ellsworth. Terry is also a member of the Pennsylvania, Wood Turning Center & American Association of Woodturners. This experience has allowed him to create the beauty of wood and the wonderment of glass in a world that can only be seen as original.
